Who we are

	Founded in 1953, the EFCE is an association of currently 39 Member Societies in 30 European countries. Furthermore, a number of societies from all over the world join the Federation as Corresponding Societies .
	Its core elements the diverse Working Parties and Sections uniting close to 1000 experts from industry and academia.
	The Federation's overall course of activity is determined by the Executive Board, while three offices of the General Secretariat share the different administrative tasks.
